    DNS will analyze your company's needs based on transaction volume, number of payees, number of compensation plans, and other variables that will be used when configuring the system. 

    The configuration of software such as Callidus is complex and although now that Callidus uses a cloud based model and we no longer have to deal with the complexities and differences between an AIX or Windows system or a Web Logic or Web Sphere Application Server, it can be configured for single sign-on against an LDAP server such as Sun One or Active Directory.  In addition, there are many modules that may be used, including Workflow, Reporting and Analytics and/or Thunderbridge.  DNS can assist with the configuration complexities that exist within each of these modules.

    There are also some pretty complex and important decisions we can help you with regarding performance with SLA’s in mind.  Engaging our team from the onset will reduce the headaches that could come at a later stage because of re-configuration that may need to be done.

    Whether a company utilizes Informatica or uses PL/SQL to handle data loads DNS can help.  We can help you determine whether a pre-processor is implemented, where data is pulled from and what format it will be in.

    The part of the system where all of the individual calculations occur is what the Callidus Product is all about.  DNS will work closely with your company's current compensation group to determine what your current system is doing, and customize Callidus to do the same--and more.

    We will design customized compensation plans and look for ways to improve any current processes.  When a new system--especially one with the power of Callidus--is being implemented, it’s the perfect time to look at how things can be improved.

    DNS works with Crystal/Business Objects for reporting, which is packaged with Callidus.  We have also worked with Cognos and Tableau previously when it was the client’s enterprise standard and they did not want a new product to support.

    We conduct an analysis of what reporting is currently being used with compensation.  Through this analysis, we can do many things, like finding ways to consolidate multiple reports into one and/or simplify their presentation.

    Since reporting is your window on the company's compensation system, it’s important to get a detailed analysis of what goes into a person's pay, while at the same time making it simple and easy to read.  This can help drastically reduce customer service inquiries, saving resources.

    Each of our teams conduct a thorough System/Unit Test at the end of the development cycle.

    The DNS QA group conducts more thorough testing by validating 100’s of our test cases.  They work with the developers to flush out any issues that the development team may have missed.

    Once the UAT phase is reached, our developers work directly with the your company's users which also provides hands-on training on the Callidus environment from the same people who customized it.
